Bola Tinubu, the President, expressed unwavering trust in his Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, before the Federal Executive Council meeting in Abuja.
Tinubu emphasized his belief in his Chief of Staff’s integrity and addressed concerns about unauthorized access to the Council Chambers, urging an end to slander and insinuations.
He acknowledged the possibility of making mistakes but affirmed his readiness to rectify them.
The Council also observed a moment of silence for the late Alhaji Adamu Fika, a former FEC member and Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.
The meeting was attended by several high-ranking officials, including the SGF, Head of the Civil Service, Chief of Staff to the President, NSA, and virtually all ministers.
