Man United are weighing up a move for free agent Anwar El Ghazi amid the uncertainty over the futures of Antony and Jadon Sancho.
The Brazilian forward has been told to stay away from the Old Trafford club until further notice as an investigation over allegations of assault continues.
Sancho, meanwhile, has fallen out with the Red Devils manager Erik ten Hag and will reportedly push for an exit in January.
But United fans are not pleased with the El Ghazi rumour, especially after Ten Hag’s recent gamble with Wout Weghorst.
Zevasko: “Bringing in El Ghazi is worse than the Weghorst loan. He is only gonna limit other players’ game time and do absolutely nothing. Club is a joke”.
Honcho: “He’s gonna make me watch El Ghazi after forcing me to watch Weghorst last season. Get out of my club man ur shit”.
Clinical Sancho: “I’d rather play with ten men than have an El Ghazi as my starting RW. it’s literally a Weghorst second coming.”
Ryan: “El Ghazi would be the end of this club – that’s worse than Weghorst”.
Chinedum Awa: “Weghorst last season, El Ghazi this season. I’m tired man.”
El Ghazi is a free agent after leaving Eredivisie club PSV Eindhoven by mutual consent last week.
The former Aston Villa star was seen at Emirates watching the Red Devils against Arsenal in their last Premier League game before the ongoing international break.
