Former Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo has expressed his congratulations to President Bola Tinubu and Vice-President Senator Kashim Shettima for their victory at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.
He described Wednesday’s judgment as a significant win for the rule of law in Nigeria.
In a statement released on Saturday by Mohammed Brimah from the former VP’s Media Office, Osinbajo emphasized the importance of upholding Nigeria’s constitutional democracy and the rule of law. He commended all parties for adhering to the electoral process and relying on the courts to resolve disputes.
